5 Modern Home Concepts With Sleeping Lofts (Pictures)

If you haven’t noticed already – we LOVE tiny spaces. Especially spaces with sleeping lofts.

Let’s explore som modern homes with great sleeping loft layouts. We have a mix of places we’ve come across and some renderings we’ve made.

Let’s dive in!

Modern sleeping loft in tiny home

This sleeping loft is found inside a tiny house we came across at a tiny house festival in Florida.

The flat ceiling allows for a wide sleeping area and the ladder is easily tucked away when not used.

Great space.

small sleeping loft with ivy details

This little loft is also very cozy and modern.

We love the (probably plastic) ivy details that adds a touch of nature and green to the space.

Also doesn’t hurt with a SNES game station – who doesn’t love the good old classic Nintendo games! 😅

Modern sleeping loft

This home is made by Galloway and features a very nice and stylish style with very bright and white interior for a modern home.

The sleeping loft is accessible through a small staircase and has a rather low ceiling – which on the other hand means more ceiling height for the main floor and living area.

Sleeping loft for two

This tiny home also features a modern sleeping loft in all-wooden interior.

The sleeping loft can be accessed by a staircase (rather than a ladder) which makes it more suitable for a senior audience as well.

Well laid out!

Urban Modern Home With Sleeping Loft

This rendering is more modern again. Very clean and bright – and the shiny white floor is a genious twist for very small homes as it adds a spacious feel.

With a very spacious full-width loft, a bright home like this can feel much bigger than it actually is.

High ceiling are great when working with small floor plans!
